Implant Restorations

Implants are now well documented for fulfilling the functional/esthetic requirements in prosthetic tooth replacement. New technologies, along with evolution of digital surgical and prosthetic techniques allow the dental team predictable, consistent results in implant rehabilitation. As dentistry evolves into the digital world, the successful incorporation of computerization and new technology will continue to provide more efficient methods of communication and fabrication while at the same time, the utilization of new technology will be enhanced by a close cooperation and working relationship of the dentist/technician team.

To assist you, Sculpture Studios has become internationally recognized as one of the leading laboratories in Digital Dental Implant Dentistry, and we offer one of the most comprehensive implant services in the profession today, from CBCT guided surgery, to final restorations, or anywhere in between.

Ti PMMA Screw Retained Provisional Implant Restorations
Screw retained fixed implant provisional restorations can be single or multiple units, up to a full arch case. With digital design technology, and either using “stock”, custom, or Ti Base titanium abutments, restorations will be optimally designed with precision screw access holes. Additionally, Sculpture Studios uses “angled screw, and access hole” technology, that allows us to move and angle screw access holes for optimal positioning, strength and esthetics in the provisional restoration. Titanium abutments can be anodized in a variety of colors (pink, gold) to insure optimum tissue and restoration esthetics.

Indications: Anterior, posterior single, multiple bridge units, full arch restoration.

Cement Retained Implant Restorations
Cement retained fixed implant restorations can be single or multiple units, up to a full arch case.
With digital design technology, patient specific custom implant abutments will be designed and fabricated from either Titanium or Zirconia. Titanium abutments can be anodized in a variety of colors (pink, gold) to insure optimum tissue and restoration esthetics. For the final restoration, we offer several all-ceramic options, dependent on the clinical situation.

Culp Hybrid Plus Restoration
A conventional hybrid restoration is a combination restoration using acrylic denture teeth and processing these teeth with acrylic to a titanium CAD/CAM designed frame. The challenge with this type of restoration is the constant repair that is necessary, due to denture teeth breaking, or coming lose.

To help alleviate this problem, Sculpture Studios developed a process of designing and fabricating with milling and printing technology, a Titanium or CR CO (chrome cobalt) precision bar, and once the bar design is completed and approved, a unique one piece-monolithic PMMA tooth set up is designed and milling from a high quality, double crossed linked PMMA. This precision milled monolithic tooth set up, is then bonded to the titanium or CR CO bar, and tissue shaded composite is applied to the gingival area to complete the esthetics.
